The penthouse occupies the full top floor of a small beachfront building in Omišalj. A king bedroom, a comfortable family bedroom, an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a private staircase to your own rooftop. No shared corridors, no neighbours overhead — once you check in, the floor is yours.

The rooftop is what makes it Cassiopeia: a jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, a bioclimatic pergola, an outdoor kitchen with a Napoleon grill, sun loungers, and an unbroken view of the Adriatic from Krk Bridge to the Učka mountains. Lunch with your feet in the sun, dinner under the stars, the sea always somewhere in frame.
